I don't quite understand how this works, to be honest. I'm trying to install next-gen euphoria using openRPF but the game doesn't seem to load the mods folder in, the game doesn't crash or anything, but i know it's there because the mods are in the modded update.rpf file.

This mod is a must get if you have a low end pc, i have a Intel I3 2100 and before I had this I suffered with bad microstutters everywhere. Now after installing this they've become almost obsolete from my game and it even has no effect or graphics change.

@GtaGamer100 mod hasn't been updated in almost 6 years, most likely you're running a newer build of the game that breaks this mod.

@thalilmythos Just tried, it just removes it alltogether. also npcs just die if they ever touch your car lol
