Enhanced Native Trainer: Update 56.0
Contributions wholly thanks to @Slash_Alex:-
Added:
* Added a 'Menu Scrolling' option.
Fixed:
* Improved the 'Fuel Consumption' feature. You can rebind the jerrycan hotkey now (update your ent-config.xml file).
* Fixed a nasty bug in the 'Use Phone While On Bike' feature.
* Fixed a tiny bug in the 'Super Jump' option.
* Fixed some nasty bugs in the 'Can Run In Apartments' option. It didn't work properly if the player was wanted.
Contributions wholly thanks to Miku2177:-
Added:
* Updated the 8/2 control scheme. Modified the navigation controls for keys 8 and 2. Holding down 8 or 2 now auto-scrolls to the next page. Continuous page scrolling is now enabled by holding 8 or 2, with full cyclic navigation between pages.
Fixed:
* Adjusted the title position & aligned the title and items.
* Optimized Sucking Grenades and Gravity Gun message prompts. Fixed Sucking Grenades flashing bug & fixed prompt conflict (notification messages kept appearing when they shouldn't).
Contributions wholly thanks to Lucienlmy:-
Added:
* Added a GitHubAction to compile ENT on the repo whenever a change is pushed to main.
Known Bugs:-
* Some of the weapon tints (namely MK1 tints) use the incorrect name in ENT. This is a side effect of using the in-game names.
@jade224
Have you tried a different key bind? It doesn't disappear for me but I'm also _ONLY_ running ENT - no other menus.
@Back9
Unfortunately that'll be on someone else to port over. We just don't have time these days to maintain it.
@magneto20 - I looked into this fake update 56 and it appears it's backdoored. I highly, HIGHLY, recommend you do a virus scan using something like Malwarebytes and delete the file. You may also want to change your passwords in case it downloaded a stealer.
This file was not uploaded by me and appears to be a done on the server side of 5mods.

If you're having issues with ENT crashing on start up - try loading JUST ENT and seeing if the crash continues. If it does you can turn off options using DB Browser to open up ENT's settings database -> Browse data -> feature enablements in the drop down and setting the respective value to 0 or 1.
You could also rename the DB and get ENT to make a new one.
You can find ENT's settings DB by putting the following into an explorer window:-
%appdata%\GTAV Enhanced Native Trainer

DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANY UPDATE ON THIS PAGE UNLESS IT CAME FROM US (i.e the changelog in the pinned comment the top tells you the last version we released).
A fake update 56 was uploaded without my knowledge and contains a potential backdoor. IF YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED THIS FILE - DO A VIRUS SCAN IMMEDIATELY AND DELETE THE FILE.
@magneto20
We didn't upload it so we don't know what was inside. I've unlisted it as there's no changelog and we weren't told about it. It could be malware for all we know.
My account isn't compromised as someone else has uploaded the file on the admin side and attached it to this page,

@TheDman131
I don't think it would work out the box for ENT unfortunately. We use a handful of memory patterns (auto-updating vehicle list, the fuel system, vehicle despawn) which would need updated manually.
@syfer19877
ENT is only for Legacy - it won't work on Enhanced unless someone updates (or preferably updates the code base) to support new things R* will add to Enhanced.
@SECTIS
This'll stick to Legacy. The amount of changes in Enhanced would need a lot of work to fix in ENT; the code base ideally needs modernising (which means a huge re-write) because it's not sustainable long term with things R* will no doubt add (MK2 weapons were a real hassle for example as is interior customisation) and some features rely heavily on patching memory, which means those would have to be reversed in Enhanced and fixed as appropriate.
@TheDman131
Honestly, no. We've been at this for 8 years and just don't have the time anymore. The source is there so someone may pick it up and port it over.
@Krish_
No this is for Legacy only.
@TheFourthYegg
That'll usually happen if you're trying to build it against a Windows SDK version you don't have installed. Currently we were building it using the 10.0.22621.0 SDK (Platform toolset 143).
@MeatWad69
Nice of you to make an account, but let yourself down with such ham fisted feedback. The original readme was an RTF so I just kept that tradition going because there wasn't a reason to change it, and removing it ended up with complaints.
I would be surprised if a double-digit amount of people read it (regardless of the file type) because the exact same release info is in the release notes pinned at the top and the install notes are no different to other mods, so repeat users are much less likely to need to read it.
