This mod is creative，but it's not a spy balloon at all. US government call it like that is because waste taxpayers' money on a missle and shoot it down is a big shame and they can't explain why，it's also a good chance to shift the attention away from derailment and severe pollution from Ohio; spy is just an excuse.
